This high-end condo renovation presented both technical and logistical challenges that required precision craftsmanship and innovative problem-solving. Our team was engaged to oversee the project from inception to completion. The design and execution elevated every aspect of the space — from flawlessly flush, trimless door jambs to meticulous floor and ceiling leveling. The homeowner was actively involved in the design process, working closely with us, and Shelby at Reid & Siemonsen Design Group to ensure every detail aligned with his vision. Despite the project expanding by 25%, we successfully met the strict move-in deadline.

The clients needed the renovation completed in 3 months start to finish and their deadline was met. Started first week of January and finished last week of March ready for move-in.

The walls of the sunroom have operable windows to allow the breeze to flow through. The deck features composite deck boards with custom-designed stair cladding for a premium aesthetic.

Almost every aspect of this reno is customized. The shelving, the wall treatments (shiplap), the herringbone, the niches in both bathrooms are custom to their spaces with materials and shape, the size of the shower is a custom size, the glass walls/door, not a standard one size fits all pan (shower floor) and door system.

Charles Street Addition

Clients needed more living space, and the addition almost doubled the size of their home. We made updates that respected the charm of the area. Project design was very fluid; we worked very hard with the clients and designer to provide ongoing options throughout the duration of the project.
Initial challenges: Older construction rafters required structural reinforcing. Deteriorated structural areas in the existing foundation required extra attention.
